Using the Secret Recovery Phrase:
1. Reinstall the MetaMask extension or app.

3. Enter your 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase exactly as you saved it.
4. Set a new password and confirm.
5. Your wallet will be restored with all associated accounts and assets.
What If You Lost Your Secret Recovery Phrase ?
If you do not have your recovery phrase, there is no way to recover your wallet.
Check if you stored the phrase in a safe place like a password manager or written backup.
MetaMask does not store your recovery phrase, so support cannot retrieve it for you.
